 Rastriya Yog Vigyan Sangathan (RYVS)  – 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is an ideal program for beginners and yoga enthusiasts who wish to deepen their personal practice or take the first step toward becoming a certified yoga teacher. This short-term course introduces the fundamentals of yoga, including asanas, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, and basic anatomy. It provides a strong foundation for understanding the essence of yoga while enhancing strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Perfect for those with limited time, the 100 hour training can also be completed as a part of a 200 hour certification, making it both flexible and comprehensive.

100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Syllabus

Meditation:

  • Mantra Chanting Meditation, Candle Meditation, Breathing meditation, Trataka, Silence practise meditation.


Mantra Chanting:

  • Om Chanting, Gayatri Mantra, MahaMrityunjaya Mantra, Guru Vandana (prayer to Guru), Bhajan/Kirtan.

 

Shatkarma:

  • Agni Saar, JalNeti, RuberNeti, Sutra Neti and Dand.


Hatha yoga:

  • All “Standing Poses” and “Primary, Intermediate & Advanced Asanas”
    Backward bending asanas, forward bending asanas, spinal twisting asanas and advanced poses.

Yoga Pantanjali Sutra

  • 5 basic Elements
  • Integrating yoga in daily practice
  • Principle of Yoga
  • 8 limbs of Yoga

Yoga therapy : 

  • Yoga for stress, Migraine, Insomnia, Hypertension, heart problem, Blood pressure and Diabetic.
  • Three Dosha
  • The Nadi and kundalini.
    Basic knowledge of Chakra and Ayurveda
  • Yogic diet, Difference between Satvic & Tamasic food
